Park Ave For The Win

Our Park Ave project has reached its culmination, and we're thrilled to unveil the result of our secret renovation endeavor. Crafted by our talented in-house designer, Emily, this space exudes its own unique character. The slate walls, fashioned from 3/4 x 1" pine and stained with a rich ebony hue, remain untreated with polyurethane, preserving their raw authenticity.

A delicate lime wash adds a chalky patina, lending just the right touch to complete this artistic canvas. The initial task of mudding the open wall required meticulous attention, followed by three coats of lime wash paint and primer. The transformation exceeded our expectations, leaving us utterly delighted with the final outcome.

While the bookcase retained its original form, we enhanced it with upper LED lights and changed the color to a subtle bone shade. The client's satisfaction mirrors our own, marking yet another successful project that we've had the pleasure of bringing to fruition. Installed & Loved.
