Warmth For The Season

This project was a bit time-consuming to figure out, especially since we had to consider the height of the ceiling, which stood at 21 feet. However, after presenting our client with some renderings, we finally reached an agreement to cap it at 16 feet. The decision was primarily influenced by the trim they already had at around 16 feet, which would greatly enhance the overall look and aesthetic of the build.

When it comes to shiplap installations, one of the most common mistakes people make is underestimating the amount of coverage required and neglecting the importance of minimizing visible lines. To address this, we opted for a 7' reveal, and the result was simply perfect. Additionally, we also installed wainscoting in the hallway, coordinating it with the same blue used on the fireplace. The spacing between each section was set at every 2 feet, ensuring that everything lined up seamlessly.
In the end, we are thrilled that the client had the opportunity to enjoy their new build and celebrate Thanksgiving dinner there, even before the scheduled completion date. The installation was flawlessly executed, and the client's admiration for the finished product is truly heartwarming. We take pride in our work and are grateful for the opportunity to bring their vision to life. Installed & Loved
